"Angela Cantafio is an award-winning, master level Tai Chi instructor and senior student of the world-renown Paul Lam. She lives in Australia and travels around the world teaching 'Tai Chi For Health', a Tai Chi practice focusing on health benefits for everyone, with a focus on arthritis."
